THE GREAT ORANGE PUMPKIN
.75 oz Good Land Orange Liqueur
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
Combine ingredients in ice filled mixing glass. Stir 15-20 seconds, strain over 2 large fresh ice cubes in a highball or footed rocks glass. Garnish with an orange twist.
PUMPKIN MULE
4 oz. Ginger Beer
Fresh Lime Wedge
In ice filled highball glass: Add Pumpkin Spirit, squeeze and add lime, top with ginger beer.

Combine in coffee mug with 2 cloves and a cinnamon stick.

1.25 oz. Good Land Orange Liqueur

Combine ingredients in cocktails shaker full of ice. Shake and double strain into a footed rocks glass. Garnish with expressed orange peel.
FIGGY PEAR TODDY
.5 oz. Good Land Orange Liqueur
.5 oz. Lemon Juice
.5 oz. Caramelized Fig Syrup (Homemade or Liber & Co)
7 oz. Hot Earl Grey Tea
Combine Lemon, Orange Liqueur, and Fig Syrup in a mug or toddy glass. Add 7 oz. of boiling water and a bag of black tea. Steep for 4 minutes, remove the tea bag, and add the pear brandy. Stir twice to combine.

Muddle 6 raspberries and simple syrup in the bottom of a mixing glass. Add vodka and ameretto, fill shaker with ice, shake well and strain into a chilled coup. Garnish with remaining raspberry.

WISCONSIN STYLE GIN OLD FASHIONED (Sweet, Sour, or Press)
.5 oz Simple Syrup

Muddle orange, cherry, syrup, and bitters at the bottom of an Old Fashioned glass. Add 2 oz. of Rehorst Barrel Reserve gin (pouring it over then end of the muddler.) Add ice and top with a lemon lime soda for 'sweet,' top with grapefruit soda for 'sour, or half lemon lime and half seltzer for 'press.'

12 oz. City Lights Coconut Porter
Pour beer into a pint glass and add rum.

.5 oz. Lemon Juice
5 oz. Boiling Water

Combine whiskey, lemon juice, and simple syrup in an ice filled cocktail shaker. Shake well and double strain into a chilled footed rocks glass. Pour wine over the back of a bar spoon to create a float.

Earl Grey Tea Bag or Sachet

Prep tea per instructions and add the liqueur and vodka at the end of the steep. Stir to combine and add lemon twist to the drink.

ORCHARD LEMONADE
1 oz. Good Land Cherry Liqueur
4 oz. Lemonade
1 dash of Grapefruit Bitters
Dark Cocktail Cherry (Garnish)
Combine ingredients in ice filled Old Fashioned glass and stir gently to combine. Garnish with skewered dark cocktail cherry.
CHERRY TONIC ROLL UP
.5 oz. Rehorst Citrus Honey Vodka
4 oz. Tonic
2 Dashes Lemon Bitters
Lime Wedge
Combine liqueur, vodka, tonic, and bitters in an ice filled Old Fashioned glass and gently stir to combine. Squeeze and drop lime wedge in cocktail.
BUBBLY CHERRY LEMONADE
2 oz. Lemonade
3 oz. Lemon Lime Soda
Lemon Twist
Add lemon lime soda to ice filled collins glass. Slowly add lemonade followed by cherry liqueur. Stir once to combine and add lemon twist.
SCUD RUNNER
.5 oz. Amerique 1912 Absinthe Verte
4 oz. Tonic
Combine gin and tonic in ice filled Old Fashioned glass. Drizzle absinthe lightly over the top, the cocktail is ready when a cloud layer appears.
DEATH IN THE AFTERNOON
5 oz. Champagne
Combine in a champagne flute.
CLASSIC ABSINTHE DRIP
Chilled Water
Fill cocktail shaker full of ice and water. Slowly strain water from shaker into glass containing absinthe. Dilute to desired strength (adding 4.5 oz. ice water is a good place to start though.)
