When you have friends and family over for the evening, do you enjoy being the bartender? Have you ever wondered about the history of the classic cocktails you mix? With Shaken & Stirred @ Great Lakes Distillery, discover more about these classic cocktails and how they have traversed time and space. However, you won’t just be tasting these classic drinks, you will be mixing three of them yourself. This new cocktail experience will give you, the home mixologist, the skills and knowledge to elevate your home bartending game. Along with imbibing on five reasonably-sized cocktails from different eras, you will also be going home with your very own Great Lakes Distillery logo’d shaken cocktail kit from Bull in China, one of the nation’s premiere bar tool manufacturers.

We offer two types of experiences. You may purchase an experience with a cocktail kit, or you may purchase an experience for two and share a cocktail kit.

This experience is an intimate evening, and is limited to 16 people. Sign up early to ensure your spot.

Join Great Lakes Distillery and Milwaukee Record for brandy sippin’ & tunes spinnin’ on Friday, October 18th from 6pm-10pm. Enjoy brandy-focused cocktails, along with a custom brandy-themed burger from Fox Den. Milwaukee Record Brandy is an extremely limited spirit, made from Wisconsin grapes and aged for 2 years. Proceeds from bottle sales benefit Milwaukee Record. 90s R&B music will be jamming and spirits will be pouring. Don’t miss this one!

What better way to show your love for your furry (or scaly or feathery) friend than to Paint Your Pet! Get ready to unleash your inner artist and create a masterpiece of your pet on an 8x10 canvas. Your pet will be pre-sketched on the canvas by Kelly, and no artistic experience is necessary, just bring your love for your critter and we'll provide all the materials you need.
